Long blonde hair help?

I currently have long, dirty-blonde hair. It's down past my shoulders, and i have a few layers running throughout it. It's wavy, and somewhat thick.

I was thinking about dying it or at least low-lighting it, and getting it a bit shorter.

I'm 15,by the way and i have a round face shape.

Any pictures of collar-bone length hair/shoulder length hair with layers would be great!

I have long side bangs, right now they reach midway down my cheek, and i think i want to grow them out, but if there's a cut that looks good with SIDE BANGS i'll keep them. (no across-the-forehead bangs)

**I have access to a straightner and a curling iron...

thank you!

Go to a beauty saloon where they give professional advise. If you really want my answer. I would love to do a britney. Good Luck.

in my opinion shoulder length hair is the easiest... its not too long to make it hard to take care of or take to long to straighten/curl but its long enough that you can do cute things with it %26amp; put it up when you have to. ive seen a few girls with round faces %26amp; side bangs with shoulder length hair but usually the bangs ar a little shorter like around nose length to make your face look a little more narrow. if you wanted to hide the bangs for a dya you could do a french braid about 1" thick (not all of your hair) that starts from behind one ear %26amp; runs around your face like a headband %26amp; then ends behind the other ear %26amp; for the loose part of the braid tie it with cute string wrapped around a few times instead of a plain ponytail %26amp; the rest of the hair is left loose

Long, dirty blonde says you aren't real happy with the color or length, so you know right away what you are willing to change. Thick can be thinned, which is a blessing in disquise, because thin can't be thicked! Being a teen, you really need to go with an easy hairstyle which don't require a lot of heat, sprays, etc. Think of the damage they cause and the amount of lifetime you spend with these things, a single cloudburst and your creation has been in vain. No, can't go swimming, might muss my hair.... Look through the pictures and find 3 styles you REALLY like. Show them to the 3 people you really trust to give an honest answer, Then ask why they chose that particular one. You may be surprised to hear their responses...."It really brings out your eyes", " It just looks like your personality", Take their comments, and your self image with the style and decide on one. Get used to the cut and style, wear it a couple weeks before you decide if you want to color. Generally the hair underneath is a darker color and depending on how it is cut, You may be able to skip the color change all together! Whatever you do with your hair, remember, It is for you! It should enhance the way you see yourself, and feel about yourself. Don't go with a style someone else thinks you would look cute in, unless you totally agree. Look at it like bathing suits. Realistically! There are a lot of CUTE suits out there, but they can't all be worn by everybody, and if you wear one someone else picked out, how are you going to feel wearing it?

When you get your style, watch the stylist, ask questions, ask if you will need a specific product to acheive the results you get from her. The more specific you are with your expectations, even having a picture is great, the happier you will be in the long run. Good Luck
