It depends on whether or not you want your hair to be long. I think you should leave it long, because long blonde hair is so pretty. I think long hair looks best with long, face-framing layers, it would give your hair more of a style and add some swing. If you'd like to try something different, but don't want anything too drastic, try adding some cute bangs.
