Are clip in hair extensions a good idea?

I just got my hair cut and it is realllly short, like right above my sholders and i hate it.

i have been looking at clip in hair extensions because real ones are really expensive and i hear bad storys but my hair dosnt grow fast at all and ive always wanted long hair.

Do NOT get synthetic. It tangles and its terrible.

Get human hair and that way you can dye it to your color.

i think it is going to be pretty hard to find the same exact color but you might be able to get pretty close. I also wouldn't get them to long b/c they are going to look fake.

YES! clip ins rock. they are super easy to take in and out and look great. and i agree with whoever said above that the synthetic ones are bad. If you get them hot like from a straightener or curling iron all the strands frizz up and melt together. human hair is defanitly the way to go, even if its expensive. its worth it.

they last few weeks if you take care fo them.

your willing to spend 70, hair salon might do it for like 90.

yah i would go for it. if you get the right color they can look really good and if u end up not liking them you can just take them out, its not permanent like a bad hair cut

If you want longer hair you should go for it!!! But the clip in hair extensions are a little risky if you ask me because they can easily fall out or get snatched out. Think if you were scratching your head at work or in public and your extension comes out. I seem to think that you should get the sewed in or glue them in yourself but just make sure whatever you do looks good and works for you!!!!!
